But while it leads to brain drain in the native countries, it also creates several problems for the adopted countries. In the past many years we have noticed that people from Pakistan, Bangladesh, India and some other poor countries have moved to the western countries and since they were willing to work for less, they were offered the jobs that American citizens rightfully deserved. Now this creates a sense of animosity between the locals and the foreigners and also has a negative impact on the economy of the adopted countries.
